Hi Flagg
I started with a fresh install of Windows 10, I installed the latest RevelatorAlpha (32bit) and it ran fine.  Well... They got me again yesterday and this time I am guessing it was probably under the IP even with the Spoofed ID0 and Mac. Lucky I did nothing with that account so no loss.

I could not find a standard proxy input in the Pref there is only a Socks option so I tried that and I placed the information needed and the viewer crashed and I am not able to run Revelator again.  I can never find a Socks4/5 that works so standard proxy is all that I know how to get working.
Truthfully, I can't afford to pay for a VPN account so these free proxies are the best way for me for now.

I removed all traces of Revelator from Program Files (x86) after the uninstall I went into User > AppData etc. and removed all traces there too.  I rebooted and reinstalled Revelator and all I get is Detecting Hardware  Guests cannot see links in the messages. My luck lately with all this has been totally Shite.... SAD

Just a quick update...  I just installed the 64-bit version and it comes up with the same Detecting Hardware and that is it.

You don't need a proxy, unless you do in fact have a SOCKS proxy, and if you don't know you do, you don't, and even if you did have one running locally it wouldn't change your IP.  You need a VPN and you need Revelator to be just running as normal, it doesn't need to know anything about that, the networking stack takes care of that.  There are free ones, ask Google to tell you about VPNgate.

There are also 'traces' of Revelator in the standard AppData\Roaming\SecondLife\user_settings folder, and in settings_per_account.xml in the folder in \SecondLife\<your avatar name>.

SL banned? Search 'technitium', 'MAC changer', 'serial changer', 'ban evasion', 'VPN', 'IP ban', 'hardware ban'.

As a Gemini I can argue any side of everything with equal conviction.  You have been warned.

I got the viewer working. Had to go to that SL folder in roaming and remove the XML for Revelator. I am on that free VPN and spoofed for over an hour now. What a Major Pain In The Ass (PITA).

Thanks, Flagg

Watch your connection. If that VPN drops while you are using it, the viewer will get disconnected, and at that point you need to be aware, shut down the viewer, and choose another VPN server BEFORE you restart and log in again. The Windows client provided by that site does not have killswitch functionality to shut down the interface and keep you from sending over the wire directly when the VPN drops. It doesn't expose the running session of the viewer when it drops because the changed IP severs all the connections, but you have to pay attention and not relog in when it drops.

Thank Flagg
I'll keep an eye on that.  And now a really stupid question....  Being in a group will that set off any bells?

I don't know. If some Linden has a hardon for you personally they might be watching any groups any of your banned avatars were ever in, and especially paying attention to any new members of them. Same applies to hangouts and friends. Hell they might even be here watching this convo lol.

LOL
Well, I guess I may need to put my foil hat on here so they can't read my mind and get into my head.
I grabbed an account at ExpressVPN. The only issue that I can see is that the IP will change if the service is not available. I just try to stick close to home in my state.
Now the other issue is how do I get funds into my account without my RL name flagging them.

Day 5 and still ticking.

The funds bit is tricky, any close friends who can process them for you?

The only thing I am afraid of is if LL was smart enough to have my old friends flagged and if they send me funds they may be able to put two and two together.
I have been around SL for a while, but I don't know what those schmucks monitor after accounts are terminated. Do they watch the activity of old friends to see if they are passing funds to a noob that may be in the same groups again, groups that I rejoined etc etc etc.
This is a whole new thing for me. Never had to hide myself like this.
I sure as hell know that they Banned my IP because it took a proxy created IP so I could create a new account. It is like walking on Dam eggshells here.
