Hair Tool 2.1.7 hotkeys fix.
There was a big bug with missing hotkeys in Hair Tool 2.1.6
New release 2.1.7  fixes it:
  • fix missing hotkey - disabling drawing hair would erase ctrl+shift+H pie menu hotkey, and possibly other hotkeys too!
